Mr. Rudolph A. Glasgow
Mr. Glasgow has over 46 years of combined experience in civilian and military law enforcement and security management. He has served in law enforcement operations, plans and congressional relations at the highest levels within the Department of Defense and the United States Army worldwide.
His extensive administrative, investigative, management and professional experience with Federal, State, Local Government, and the commercial sectors has provided him with a broad understanding of organizational management. His experience includes over 26 years of military law enforcement, 10 years with civilian law enforcement and over 10 years in private security industry. His expertise includes training in the field of law enforcement and security. His training effort during his military career was dedicated to the training of thousands of military police personnel to meet the standards of commander’s war plans. These efforts involved designing strategic plans for training needs, evaluating the instructions and testing of both students and instructors. Mr. Glasgow also has broad experience in the management of physical security programs, force protection and operations. He has comprehensive knowledge in the investigation and management of complex criminal, civil and background investigations. He has a documented track record as an experienced operations expert with progressive people oriented skills.
Mr. Glasgow received a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University, Florida. Highlights of his career include serving as Sergeant Major, Eighth Military Brigade, Eighth United States Army and Korea; Sergeant Major with the Inspector General for the US Army HQ Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM): Army liaison officer for former First Lady, Barbara Bush; and assignments with the United States Secret Service providing security for Presidents, Vice Presidents and Heads of State.

Mrs. Glasgow brings to GIS her industry experience providing highly successful human capital solutions for government and defense contractors in the security industry, professional services and information technology areas. She holds a Master of Science in Social Services from the University of Penn. Her human capital experience is broad, and her corporate leadership experience includes strategic partnering, organizational planning and development, management of compensation and benefits and employee services.
