Mr. Rudolph A. Glasgow
Mr. Glasgow has over 46 years of combined experience in civilian and military law enforcement and the security industry. He has served in law enforcement operations, plans, and congressional relations at the highest levels of the Department of Defense and the United States Army worldwide.
His extensive administrative, investigative, management, and professional experience with Federal, State, Local Government, and the commercial sectors, has provided him with abroad understanding of organizational management. His experience includes over 26 years of military law enforcement, 10 years with civilian law enforcement, and over 10 years in private security industry. His expertise includes training in the field of law enforcement and security. His training effort during his military career was dedicated to the training of thousand of military police personnel to meet the standards of commander’s war plans. These efforts involved designing strategic plans for training needs, evaluating the instructions and testing of both students and instructors.
Mr. Glasgow has broad experience in the management of physical security programs, force protection and operations. He has comprehensive knowledge in the investigation and management of complex criminal, civil, and background investigations. He has a documented track record as an experienced operations expert with progressive, people-oriented skills. He is a proven versatile performer, with specific skills in program management, law enforcement, physical security, force protection, anti-terrorism issues, investigative methods and techniques and Department of Defense Inspector General issues.
Mrs. Mattie Glasgow

Mrs. Glasgow brings to GIS her industry experience providing highly successful human capital solutions for government and defense contractors in the security industry, professional services and information technology areas. She holds a Master of Science in Social Services from the University of Penn. Her human capital experience is broad, and her corporate leadership experience includes strategic partnering, organizational planning and development, management of compensation and benefits and employee services.
Mrs. Indira Kumar

Mrs. Kumar, CPA, comes to us with tremendous knowledge and many years of experience in the financial industry. She is DCAA certified and has conducted a number of audits for numerous federal government agencies and corporations.
Mrs. Kumar will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities for our organization. She will also be responsible to develop, coordinate, and implement plans designed to increase existing. She will play a significant role involving strategic marketing and operations planning with top executives, setting objectives and identifying methods to reach those goals. Additionally, she will develop proposal in response to requests for proposals. Once new business has been secured, she will be responsible to work with other department heads and staff to coordinate account startup and transition service or product delivery.
Mrs. Kumar holds a BS and a Master’s degree in Accounting.
Don Cooper Retired from the United States Air Force (USAF) after 30 plus years of service as Chief Master Sergeant (Special Agent). He served at the highest level in the USAF and the Federal Government, USAF Office of Special Investigations with worldwide assignments including the United States. As a Senior Investigator & Field Training Agent; he prepares training management plans, training curriculums and provided formal training, and field support guidance to field investigators in conducting Federal Background Investigations (BI) on behalf of NSA, ICE, CBP, SEC/PCAOB, and OPM. Also, Conducts Quality Assurance Field Evaluations to ensure compliance with investigative requirements. With responsibilities for planning, reviewing and managing fraud, criminal, personnel security, counterintelligence, and protective service investigations/operations.
